User may cancel their orders before the order has been shipped. Once shipped cancellation requests will not be entertained.
The Company reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect Products. Users must notify the Company within 48 hours of receiving the Product to initiate a return.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4-7 business days after the Company has received and inspected the returned Product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
